Angela Yvonne Davis (ur. 26 stycznia 1944 w Birmingham) – amerykańska aktywistka, autorka i feministka, była działaczka na rzecz emancypacji Afroamerykanów w USA, profesor uniwersytecka (Uniwersytet Kalifornijski w Santa Cruz), związana m.in. z ruchem Czarnych Panter oraz ruchami na rzecz przeciwdziałania przemocy wobec kobiet i walki o prawa obywatelskie, członkini Komunistycznej Partii USA do 1991 roku, później Komitetu Korespondencyjnego dla Demokracji i Socjalizmu (CCDS).

• W 1972 John Lennon i Yoko Ono wydali piosenkę Angela na płycie Some Time in New York City, The Rolling Stones zaś Sweet Black Angel na albumie Exile on Main St.
