Ceratogomphus triceraticus – gatunek ważki z rodziny gadziogłówkowatych (Gomphidae)[1]. Jest endemitem Południowej Afryki[2][3]; stwierdzono go jedynie w Prowincji Przylądkowej Zachodniej[2].
Imago lata od listopada do końca kwietnia[4]. Długość ciała 57–58 mm[4]. Długość tylnego skrzydła 32,5–33 mm[4].
