Chondracanthus horridus – gatunek widłonoga z rodziny Chondracanthidae^[2]. Opisał go w 1865 roku austriacki zoolog Camill Heller^[3]. Okaz typowy pozyskano z ryby – babki czarnej (Gobius niger) złowionej na Morzu Śródziemnym^[3]^[a].

↑ Heller podał nazwę Gobius Jozzo, która jest obecnie uznawana za synonim Gobius niger.
