Coryanthes – rodzaj roślin z rodziny storczykowatych (Orchidaceae). Obejmuje 70 gatunków. Rośliny występują w Ameryce Środkowej i Ameryce Południowej w takich krajach jak: Belize, Boliwia, Brazylia, Kolumbia, Kostaryka, Ekwador, Gujana Francuska, Gwatemala, Gujana, Honduras, Meksyk, Nikaragua, Panama, Peru, Surinam, Trynidad i Tobago, Wenezuela^[4].

Systematyka

Rodzaj sklasyfikowany do podplemienia Stanhopeinae w plemieniu Cymbidieae, podrodzina epidendronowe (Epidendroideae), rodzina storczykowate (Orchidaceae), rząd szparagowce (Asparagales) w obrębie roślin jednoliściennych^[4]^[6]^[7].
