Johan Manusama (wł. Johannes Alvarez Manusama[1]; ur. 1910 w Banjarmasinie[2], zm. 1995[1][3]) – trzeci prezydent Republiki Południowych Moluków (1966–1993)[3], od 1953 roku przebywający w Holandii[1]. Jego poprzednikem był Chris Soumokil. W 1993 roku zastąpił go Frans Tutuhatunewa[4].
Kształcił się w szkołach holenderskojęzycznych oraz na uczelni technicznej w Bandungu[2].
