Puchar Sześciu Narodów U-20 2010 – trzecia edycja Pucharu Sześciu Narodów U-20, międzynarodowych rozgrywek w rugby union dla reprezentacji narodowych do lat dwudziestu. Zawody odbyły się w dniach 5 lutego – 21 marca 2010 roku, a zwyciężyła w nich reprezentacja Irlandii.
