Puchar Sześciu Narodów U-20 2018 – jedenasta edycja Pucharu Sześciu Narodów U-20, międzynarodowych rozgrywek w rugby union dla reprezentacji narodowych do lat dwudziestu. Zawody odbyły się w dniach 2 lutego – 16 marca 2018 roku, a zwyciężyła w nich reprezentacja Francji.
