Turniej rugby 7 na Igrzyskach Wspólnoty Narodów Młodzieży 2023 odbył się w kompleksie sportowym Shaw Park w Scarborough w dniach 6–8 sierpnia 2023 roku.
We wrześniu 2022 roku potwierdzono program igrzysk obejmujący także rywalizację w rugby[1], pół roku później ogłoszono natomiast jej obsadę[2][3]. Rugby siedmioosobowe w programie tych zawodów pojawiło się po raz piąty, po raz trzeci zorganizowano zaś turniej żeński. W obu turniejach wzięło udział po sześć reprezentacji, a każda z nich liczyła maksymalnie dwunastu zawodników w wieku siedemnastu-osiemnastu lat. Rywalizacja odbywała się w pierwszej fazie systemem kołowym w ramach jednej grupy, następnie czołowa dwójka zmierzyła się w finale, dwie kolejne walczyły o brąz, pozostałe dwie zaś o miejsce piąte[4][5].
