Trypanosoma evotomys – kinetoplastyd z rodziny świdrowców należący do królestwa protista.
Pasożytuje w osoczu krwi nornicy rudej (Clethrionomys glareolus)[1][2]. Stwierdzony również u myszy zaroślowej (Apodemus sylvaticus)[2]. Pasożyt ten jest przenoszony przez następujące gatunki much Amalaraeus penicilliger mustalae[2], Rhadinopsylla pentacantha[2], Ctenophthalmus nobilis vulgaris[2], Doratopsylla dasycnema[2].
