Championnat Provincial des Coeurs Scotties 2010 (ang. 2009 Quebec Scotties Tournament of Hearts) - mistrzostwa kobiet Quebecu w curlingu. Turniej finałowy odbył się w dniach 3-10 stycznia 2010. Zwycięski zespół będzie reprezentować prowincję na Scotties Tournament of Hearts 2010.
W finałach rozgrywanych systemem kołowym wzięło udział 10 drużyn. Marie-France Larouche jako obrończyni tytułu mistrzowskiego, Chantal Osborne - zwyciężczyni Circuit Provincial 2009, cztery zespoły wyłonione z rankingu: Eve Bélisle, Allison Ross, Saskia Hollands i Audrée Dufresne oraz cztery zespoły wyłonione w rywalizacji regionalnej: Annie Cadorette, Debbie Waller, Hélène Pelchat, Karla Ekdom-Delorme.
Obrończyni tytułu mistrzowskiego Marie-France Larouche dotarła do finału, przegrała go jednak wynikiem 5:7 i to Eve Bélisle zdobyła tytuł mistrzyń Quebecu 2010. Rok wcześniej również te drużyny spotkały się w finale. Bélisle wygrała po raz drugi, wcześniej w 2006.
