Championnat Provincial des Coeurs Scotties 2013 – prowincjonalne mistrzostwa Quebeku kobiet w curlingu, turniej kwalifikacyjny do Scotties Tournament of Hearts 2013. Turniej finałowy rozgrywano w Victoriaville na lodowisku Centre sportif Victoriaville między 22 a 27 stycznia 2013.
Tytułu mistrzowskiego bronił zespół Marie-France Larouche, który uplasował się na 6. miejscu. W zawodach triumfowała ekipa Allison Ross. Nie odniosła porażki, a w finale pokonała 11:4 Ève Bélisle. Na mistrzostwach Kanady reprezentacja prowincji uplasowała się na 9. pozycji.
