John Collins – australijski gitarzysta basowy związany od 1989 z zespołem rockowym Powderfinger. Jest jednym z założycieli grupy, drugim jest Ian Haug. Collins wniósł wkład we wszystkie nagrania wydane przez Powderfinger, w tym sześć albumów studyjnych i ponad 20 singli. Po wydaniu w 2004 albumu greatest hits, Fingerprints: The Best of Powderfinger, 1994–2000, formacja zawiesiła swoją działalność. W czasie tej przerwy Collins wraz z Darrenem Middletonem (też z Powderfinger) grał w nowo utworzonej grupie Drag; wszedł również w skład zespołu The Predators.
