Ligue A siatkarzy 2009/2010 - 70. sezon rozgrywek o mistrzostwo Francji. Zainaugurowany został 9 października 2009 roku, a zakończony 8 maja 2010 r. Mistrzem Francji został Tours VB[1].
W fazie zasadniczej 16 zespołów rozegrało mecze system każdy z każdym, mecz i rewanż. Do fazy play-off przeszło 8 najlepszych zespołów, gdzie rywalizowały systemem drabinkowym (ćwierćfinały i półfinały do dwóch zwycięstw i mecz finałowy).
W sezonie 2009/2010 w Lidze Mistrzów Francję reprezentowały Paris Volley i Tours VB, w Pucharze CEV - Montpellier Volley Université Club i SAEMS Tourcoing Volley-Ball Lille Métropole, a w Pucharze Challenge - Stade Poitevin.
