Ligue A siatkarzy 2010/2011 - 72. sezon walki o mistrzostwo Francji organizowany przez Ligue Nationale de Volley (LNV) pod egidą Francuskiego Związku Piłki Siatkowej (fr. Fédération Française de Volley-Ball, FFVB). Zainaugurowany został 29 października 2010 roku i trwał do 14 maja 2011 roku.

W sezonie 2010/2011 w Lidze Mistrzów Francję reprezentowały Tours VB i AS Cannes, w Pucharze CEV - Arago de Sète i Stade Poitevin Poitiers, natomiast w Pucharze Challenge - Beauvais Oise UC.

System rozgrywek

W fazie zasadniczej czternaście drużyn rozegrało ze sobą po dwa spotkania systemem kołowym. Osiem najlepszych zespołów awansowało do fazy play-off, dwa najsłabsze natomiast spadły do Ligue B.
Faza play-off składała się z ćwierćfinałów, półfinałów i finału. W ćwierćfinałach i półfinałach rywalizacja toczyła się do dwóch zwycięstw. O mistrzostwie decydowało jedno spotkanie rozgrywane na neutralnym terenie.
