W dniu 1 stycznia 2016 roku z połączenia czterech ówczesnych gmin – Montainville, Rouvray-Saint-Florentin, Villeneuve-Saint-Nicolas oraz Voves – utworzono nową gminę Les Villages Vovéens. Siedzibą gminy została miejscowość Voves[2].
