Turniej rugby 7 na Igrzyskach Wspólnoty Narodów 2010 odbył się w Delhi w dniach 11–12 października 2010 roku. Areną zmagań mężczyzn był Delhi University Stadium. Tytułu broniła niepokonana w poprzednich trzech edycjach Nowa Zelandia.

Rugby siedmioosobowe w programie tych zawodów pojawiło się po raz czwarty.

Losowanie grup odbyło się na początku lipca 2010 roku^[1], później nastąpiła jednak zmiana związana z zastąpieniem Namibii przez Malezję^[2]. Wśród uczestników zabrakło reprezentantów Fidżi, których kraj został zawieszony w członkostwie Commonwealth z uwagi na zamach stanu z 2006 roku^[3]. Zawody odbyły się przy komplecie publiczności na mieszczącym dziesięć tysięcy widzów Delhi University Stadium znajdującym się w kampusie University of Delhi^[4]^[5]. Faworyci w komplecie awansowali do ćwierćfinałów^[6]^[7], zaś w finale Nowozelandczycy pokonali Australijczyków zdobywając tym samym czwarty tytuł z rzędu^[8]^[9]^[10].
