Rugby Canada Super League 2005 – ósma edycja najwyższej klasy rozgrywkowej w rugby union w Kanadzie. Zawody odbywały się w dniach 28 maja–13 sierpnia 2005 roku.
W zawodach triumfowała drużyna Newfoundland Rock, która w finałowym pojedynku pokonała zespół Saskatchewan Prairie Fire 26–13, zostając tym samym pierwszym przedstawicielem dywizji wschodniej, który zdobył MacTier Cup[1][2][3].
