Grand Prix odbywa się w dniach 5–7 listopada 2021 na torze Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez w mieście Meksyk. Wyścig wygrał Max Verstappen (Red Bull), a na podium kolejno stanęli Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes) oraz Sergio Pérez (Red Bull).
